These ratings are for the Men’s toilets only.

Ratings (marks out of 10)
Area Cleanliness: 4 (Dirty looking, scrathed surfaces and toilet paper)
Smell/Odour: 3 (not great smell)
Running Water: 4 (Those taps with sensors but have to be very precise with your hand position. Also no hot water)
Hand wash/Soap: 6 (yes, but reluctant to use battered dispenser)
Hand dryer/towels: 7 (electric hand dryer and not a bad one either)
Toilet paper: 9
State of the floor: 4 (Dirty, wet and toilet paper lying around)
State of the toilet: 8
Toilet checklist: 0 (none to be seen anywhere)
Other: None. Bonus points: 0.

Total Score: 45

Overall comments: The whole restaurant looks like it was lovely when built but have been let run down. Even when we sat in the seats the table was dirty with paper and used burger boxes on the floor. Toilet has the same feel in that as long as there is toilet paper the staff couldn’t care less. I suppose they are alright if your drunk but beware the gap under the door as its big enough to put someone under.

Editoral Note 2

January 4, 2008

Hey all and a Happy New Year to you toilet loving folk.

Apologies for there not being much action on here in the last few weeks. I have used many toilets but just didn’t get around to rating them.

This year I intend to really ramp up and start getting some pictures or movies added to show the true state of some of these toilets.

As always, please feel free to send in your own experiences.

These ratings are for the Men’s toilets.

Ratings (marks out of 10)
Area Cleanliness: 9
Smell/Odour: 8
Running Water: 5 (You get about 4 seconds of water from pushing tap)
Hand wash/Soap: 8
Hand dryer/towels: 7 (Electric hand dryer)
Toilet paper: 10
State of the floor: 10
State of the toilet: 10
Toilet checklist: 10
Other: 4 cubicles, 2 for women and two for men. On busy nights this would be hectic. As toilets are also upstairs and didn’t notice lift, it would be tough for disabled patrons to use. Bonus points: -5.

Total Score: 72

Overall comments: Nice toilets, well maintained and clean. However water was tepid and those push taps are rubbish. With only two toilets per sex you would have to cue a fair length of time to use these on a busy night.
