Ratings(marks out of 10)
Area Cleanliness: 6 (sink did not look the cleanest)
Smell/Odour: 5 (No odour either way)
Running Water: 10
Hand wash/Soap: 10
Hand dryer/towels: 10 (Electric hand dryer and towel dispenser)
Toilet paper: 8
State of the floor: 4 (cubicle floors were wet and a bit slippy. Main floor was clean enough)
State of the toilet: 6 (toilet seat was falling to one side and almost of the toilet)
Toilet checklist: 0 (did not notice one)
Other: There was only one light in the bathroom and that was near the door/sink. This meant that one the cubicle door was closed it was quite dark. Bonus points: -3
Total Score: 56
Overall comments: Not the best toilets I have ever been in and really no excuse. A light needs to be placed over the cubicle and a white one, not the horrible seedy yellow one that is there at present. Not great for a visitor centre in which it had very good staff.
